Zapora Johnson is Manager, Telematics, for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. In this role, Johnson is responsible for leading telematics product development and market strategy for LexisNexis auto insurance market. Since joining the organization in 2015, Johnson has guided many insurers define and implement telematics usage-based insurance (UBI) programs, helping them set the stage for future-proofed insurance models.
Prior to joining LexisNexis, Johnson worked at Travelers, Kemper and Geico in various product development positions, playing a key role in the design and implementation of products for automobile, home, personal umbrella, and boat insurance policies. Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University and a MBA from Clemson University.
